Why am I no longer getting emails when forms are submitted?

    I'm not longer receiving emails when someone fills out a form and I can't figure out how to turn this back on. The new submission page is a lot harder for me to review for the types of submissions we get than the summary in the email.

    There are numerous forms in your account.

    I checked your last edited form https://www.jotform.com/210591432936153 and could not find any submissions in this form. Since you have not received submissions for this form, you have not received any email notifications.

    Please check and let us know for which form are you facing this issue.

    Also, please let us know what feature on the new submission page is not working out for you.

    I have additionally reviewed a couple of other forms in your account:

    In both these forms, there is no notification email setup. There is only an autoresponder email that is setup.

    That is why you are not receiving emails.
