    Hello Scott,

If I understand your requirement correctly, you want to allow your user to login with their Facebook credentials and collect information from their Facebook profile. Is that correct?

Yes, it is possible to allow your user to login with their Facebook credentials. To achieve this, you should first integrate your form with Facebook. Here is a step by step video guide which should help you :

    Hope this helps.

Do get back to us if you have any questions.

    Thank you!

I notice the integration method in the video is quite different than the options I see available. There's not an Integration mehtod for Facebook; I only see a Facebook option in the 'Embed Form' section. Therefore, I don't see 'Facebook App ID Generation Method'.

I already have a Page Tab/App, which I have successfully integrated my JotForm form into. I now just want to provide the functionality identified in the video, to allow 'Login with Facebook'.

You are much right, that guide needs to be updated. I'll make sure support staff do not recommend outdated guides

We currently have a Widget called  "Facebook Like me First"

To find it click on Widgets and type the word "Facebook". You'll get the wizard where you must enter your Facebook Page URL as well as the Facebook App ID as explained on the first part of the video

I use a Like Gate, so they must already be a 'Fan' before filling out the entry. With that said, my goal is to present the option of completing the form via Facebook credentials, rather than having to fill out the fields individually. Maybe it's just a matter of how I have it all set up.

Edit: As I look at the 'Form Builder', I don't see a section called 'Widgets', as in your screenshot.

Edit 2: I actually found another JotForm Support thread ( discussing the same topic. It seems this integration option to capture Facebook credentials was just recently removed. I as well would like the fields pre-populated with Facebook, or a simplied manner of just clicking 'Facebook Login' button to 'Submit', and capturing the Facebook credentials.

    1. Widget is actually still not available for our customers/users. We apologize for that.

    2. Facebook Integration is present at the Integration Wizard:

    a. Setup & Embed

    b. Integrations

    c. Other

    d. Fit Forms:

With Facebook Integration, you can capture the following information. These information will be visible in your form submission page and to your notification email settings.

Unfortunately, automatically populating form fields after someone logged in to Facebook isn't possible with Jotform. If you want the feature, please create a new thread for that, and we'll surely add it to our feature request list.

Thank you @Welvin. Going back to the video example...

The video says 'Site URL is based on your FORM URL'. Since I am integrating/embedding the form into an existing FB Page Tab, I enter '' as the 'Website' URL in my existing App. However, I am receiving the 'Given URL is not allowed by the Application configuration' error message.

I have also tried entering my site URL as the 'Website' URL, though same error message.

Is it a case whereby I can't get integration with a form that is embedded into an existing Page Tab site?

Did you already try using the unsecure versions of your form? Please try changing it from the http://secure to http://. That could make a difference, please try that and if the error continues appearing, don't hesitate to contact us.
