How do I create an auto responder which shows the total of the items ordered?

    Thanks for asking. Including a payment field in the form and enabling the Show Total option, either during its creation or afterwards, by clicking the field and then clicking the button indicated below, would be the simplest way to accomplish this:

    "Which type of payment field should I use?", you may ask. That depends on your objective. From examining your form, I think a simple Purchase Order would suffice (see the answer provided by my colleague Jonathan here) but I could be wrong. The Payment Forms section of our User Guide will help you decide on the most appropriate payment tool.

    In order to have the total appear in your form's autoresponder, open it and click the area in the message body where you wish the products ordered and their total to be displayed and then click the payment field's label in the Form Fields menu, as shown in the example below:

    (By default, payment fields are labelled "My Products" but if you had renamed it before opening the autoresponder, that name would appear in the Form Fields menu.)
