I'm a student using the jotform system to apply for a job on campus at my university.
They just started making the application all online and after I answered all the questions on a seperate word document I went to finalize and open the appliation and it won't open because it brings an error message reading "Form has exceeded allocated quota".
The job never said that there were only a ceratin number of students who would be able to apply and I don't know if they are aware that there is a quota. Is there still a way I can get the application to come up so I can apply? I spent alot of time on this really important application.

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.
Please share your JotForm account username or the email address which is used in your JotForm profile. I am unable to find any details with your email address "firstname.lastname@example.org".
All our subscription plans have submission limits. You may like to check our pricing page to get information on different plans and their limits : www.jotform.com/pricing/
In free account, you can receive 100 non secure, 10 SSL/secure and 10 payment submissions. Free account also has 100 MB upload storage space allocation. If any of these limits are reached, all your forms will be disabled and your user will not be able to submit your from. Please be noted that submission counter are reset to zero on the first day of every month but the upload storage space is not reset. To free up upload storage space you should delete the submission records which has the file attachment.
Please share your username or email address of your JotForm account so that we can find out the reason why your account is over quota. If it is related to submission count, it will automatically reset but you will have to upgrade your account if it is because the upload storage space.
