Hello, I refer to an earlier query regarding a form I created at URL http://form.jotform.me/form/32750848495466
I'm still unable to access the form after making an account with the username kongcr and the email email@example.com as directed in a support email I received earlier.
Please help, thank you.

Good Day Mate! I am here just to help a little in this issue of yours, once you created the form as guest it is not yet saved in your account if firstname.lastname@example.org which is not yet registered in jotform. To be able to move this form you will need to register email@example.com in jotform and the guest created form should be moved automatically inside firstname.lastname@example.org jotform account. Yet you will have a problem if you forgot the email address or you have a entered a ghost email address when you have typographical errors like (email@example.com) where you assigned for the guest form when you create it, the form will be parked somewhere else waiting for the assigned email address to be registered in jotform and re-assign the guest form itself
If you already created the account (firstname.lastname@example.org) and you are 100% sure that email@example.com is the exact and correct email address that you used for the guest form,then there must be something wrong here, the jotform support will help you out instead they will manually move it to your account..

Upon checking your form #32750848495466, I found it to be associated with a guest account. This type of accounts are created when you do not sign in / sign up to your JotForm account and start building your form.
As @ralphbrabante rightly said that when you use the same email address to sign up for a account, the form will be moved automatically to your new account. I have manually moved this form to your account with username "kongcr". Do check and get back to us if you are able to see this form in your account now.
