Trying to Register a Course

Greetings: I am NOT trying to create any forms! I am attempting to register for an online course. When I click on apply and register, the website takes me to jot form. Unsure why? It never takes me to the application so I can complete the application process. Yes, I did create an account just unsure how to even use this system to complete an application..not making sense.
