I don't receive mails on my email

    I'm not receiving any mails.

    I want to delete my account and start from the beginning. but i cant remember the current password and the reset mails are not been received in my email.

    To reset your password, please follow this guide:


    If you are unable to see the reset password email, please check your Spam/Junk folder.

    Meanwhile, we can delete your account from our end, however, please note that even after deleting your account, you cannot use the same username and email address to create a new account.

    I see you only have one form on your account, if you want to start afresh, I suggest you just delete your form instead.

    Simply open your My Forms page, select your form, then click on the Delete button.
