customer has paid but no submission showing

    I created an order form and have already received orders which went through without a problem to my PayPal acct. The trouble is that the form says there are no submissions so I have no record of which products were ordered or any contact/delivery information for the customers. How can I fix this?

    To clarify, you have received the payment in PayPal but it is not showing your submission?

    I have checked your account and it seems you have 3 submissions.

    May we know if this submissions are in the pending payments?

    If the submissions was in the pending payments, you may try to enable IPN in PayPal to check if the transaction was paid.
