I just set up Google Drive integration, however we already have Jotform submissions and the application window is currently closed. Is there anyway to retroactively have the submissions transfer over to the Google Drive?

Hi there,
Thank you for reaching out.
When you set up the Google drive integration, old submissions should be transferred to Google Drive even though the application window is currently closed.
Could you please provide us with the form URL you're referring to?

Based on my tests the existing submissions will not be sent automatically to Google Drive when you set up the integration. Only the new submissions will be added automatically.
To push the existing submissions to Google Drive, you will need to edit and resubmit them.

charlescountyscholarshipfundReplied on March 9, 2021 at 10:33 PMThank you for this updated information. One additional question. I have
started editing the applications so they are pushed over to my Google
Drive. However, many of the attachments that are associated with the
applications do not properly integrate with Google Drive. I receive the
attached error message for many of the attachments.
