How come my form doesnt redirect to the conditional fields I've specified?

    I followed the below help file on the support forum:


    Although anytime I preview my form and then press "submit", on either of my two options, "Yes Please" or "No Thanks". The form never redirects to the conditions I've specified in the Setup & embed section.

    What have I done wrong for this form to not work correctly?

    Hi Alex,

    Unfortunately, the first conditional logic won't work. Do not add the form embed codes as the redirect URL, that is not the correct settings:

    The correct setting should be this one:

    Also, do not add a double quote before and after the redirect URL. Please kindly change the settings to fix that. Let us know if you need further assistance.

    Hi mate, Thanks for your prompt reply. I changed the redirect conditons as you advised, but now when I preview the form, the form redirects me to a page shown below:

    405 Not Allowednginx/1.2.3
    (Also thanks for clearing up the fact double quotation marks, are not required in the conditions wizard redirection field.)
    Could Possible solutions for this be either:
    1. I have made jotform no. 33283161924857  confused as to where to redirect, because i have added a 'thankyou for submission wizard' on top of the conditions I've applied for correct redirection, as sepcified in help file below:

    2. Or could it also be issues with correct secure embedding into facebook (i.e http://form instead of https://secure) and also not placed into correct locations within jotform embed & setup > conditions section of form no. 33283161924857

    Hi Alex,

    That's just a temporary issue. Would last a few seconds. I've check the form, and it's up. Can you please check again? You can also use since you're a paid subscriber.

    The custom URL redirection should not be the problem. In fact, you can use the App tab URL as your custom URL: and the form Secure URL: I've made the changes, can you please check again?

    Hi Welvin,

    Thanks for all your help so far mate. Im still unable to redirect to the custom secure URL's.

    When i place as equal to Yes Please for . I get redirected to and the facebook link displays as per below:

    Sorry, your request could not be processed.

    Please try again

    Could you please help me create a much simpler new form to use as a Landing page for my fan page? Im happy to scrap these forms and start fresh.

    Basically could you help me create a new form, which is simply a landing/hover page, that pops up before facebook users press 'like' on my fb fan page and I'd like it to entail the following:

    Title: For a free copy of Jessica Waters latest eBook

    Sub heading: 'please press agree to terms' or 'Yes please'

    So simply 2 Buttons on the new jotform:

    1. 'Yes please'/'agree' to terms and conditions(which automatically extracts fb users full name, DOB, email addy etc....)

    Basically so the facebook user doesnt require to even type their email address. Instead they simply agree and move on to the fan page.

    2. 'No Thanks' which re-directs fb user to Jessica Waters Fan page directly

    Is this possible and can you or anyone else from jotform support, step me through the process to creating such a form?
