    Paypal account

    I created a form and before you didnt have to have a paypal account to purchase the thing I am selling.  You could just use a credit card.  Now its making the user either sign into their own paypal or create a paypal?!

    why has this changed?

    Hi,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    The checkout setting is actually dependant on your submitters location. Paypal will capture the location of the submitter and automatically select or show the payment options.

    In the Paypal Settings, you can change the default checkout language to US so the payment options are either to login to the Paypal Account or to Pay with Debit/Credit Card:

     

    After you configure the above options, your Paypal Checkout settings will changed to:

    But again, this settings depend on the user location. Paypal will change this settings per user location.

    I'm having this same exact issue - I have tried the above and it is still prompting to create an account to pay by credit card etc.....I need this fixed ASAP Please Help!!
