Hello! To avail the non-profit discount; you'll first need to submit your application along with the required documents here: https://www.jotform.com/nonprofit/pricing/

Once approved; non-profit pricing will show up on your account's billing page from where you can then upgrade.

While applying, make sure that you use your registered username and email address only.
