Can data be downloaded from shared Table?

While I’ve got your attention, can you tell me if it is possible for a user who can view a shared table (as in our situation) is able to export that data? I believe the permissions have to be awarded by the table creator for us to do that but not completely sure that is possible.

It is possible to download data from the shared table. The owner of the table has to enable the download option.
