How come I can't accept new submissions.

    Why my account always display that it already uses up all 500 submission even there is no submission for many months? How did you calculate the submission? It used to be monthly basis.

    Hi Darda,

    I apologize for any inconvenience you're experiencing. Our free plan has a limit of 500 stored submissions, and a limit of 100 new submissions per month. So you have not received new submissions, but you have 500 old submissions stored. To clear the error message and begin receiving new submissions, please delete old submissions that you no longer need.
