PDF report attached in the email notification is empty.

    This is very sporadic and random, but sometimes the PDF doesn't have all of the data when it's emailed. If I log in and pull the PDF I see the data.

    Does the issue happen with one form or do you experience it with all the forms in your account?

    If possible, please share us the link to the form where it happens as well as an example about how the document is being generated.

    I'm not sure how to tell you, but the form name is "New Hire Documentation". After talking to the client, it seems as though they received the email stating there was a submission but the file wasn't there. When they went to the dropbox to see the file, the data was empty. The name of the file that was submitted is "1618-0013-Dublin_Fortune_230-91-7105.pdf"

    Seems like we are currently experiencing issues with this feature, this has been reported to our back-end team and we are currently waiting for a fix for this, I've escalated this ticket, so you're notified when this issue is fixed.

    I am able to download from the jotforms site. they just don't have access to that, I have it set for to go to Dropbox and an email for them

    Could you please unrequire the privacy settings to see if the users are able to access the PDF. Please check this guide here:

    I'm not sure how that pertains to this issue, but ok. They are not pulling the PDF's from Jotform. They are gettting an email with attachment and also it's being added to their dropbox.
