PDF forms

    I have been using Jotforms for almost 2 years as Silver membership. Recently I saw Jotform branding at the bottom "Powered by Jotform". I don't remember exactly but is that how it is?

    Also sometime I received blank PDF submission, even though I required fields on the forms. That was so inconvenient to have employees fill it out again. Do we have any solution for this matter? and earlier I received a submission that is not the expected PDF file.

    Last thing, I added some widget to the PDF forms, but I won't be able to see it on the submissions, for example it is the location widgets.

    The Jot Form Logo and branding should not be visible if you turned it off in your account https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/settings


    We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We had been recently receiving similar reports in regard to this issue and the issue should be fixed now.

    Which location widget did you try and add? Please let us know, so we can troubleshoot for you.
