Can't access the toolbar you speak of to remove "Submission Date" from PDF. (MollyQ)

I'm trying to remove the Submission date from my reports. I searched your site and I found these instructions. This toolbar described does not appear on my Form Page. It will show up briefly as I move to a different form, but I can never access it. I see it and then it's gone. The yellow highlighted info (see snip below) is what I DON'T on a regular basis on my website...only as the website changes screens.

Here is the new display in your dashboard.

Once you are in the submissions you can delete all or selective submissions as explained in the guide you were referring to.

If you only want to remove the date of the submission from your reports then you can do it by unselecting the submission date column. Kindly check the video below.
