There seems to be an issue with the download to PDF feature

    The PDF files created from downloading from the entries in the spreadsheet cannot be opened. It seems that the PDFs are corrupted.

    We just got an update from our developers that the issue with the downloaded PDF submission being corrupted or showing an error when opened has already been fixed. Kindly check on your end if you are now able to download the PDF copy of your form submissions without any issues. Otherwise, please do not hesitate to contact us again anytime and we will be glad to help you.

    It seems that some of the entries are still not downloading as PDF. Certain ones seem fine, but others don't.

    Hi,

    I have attempted to download all of the PDFs inside your account and all of them are loading correctly.

    Can you please check them again?

    Thanks. Seems to be working now. I definitely was still having problems earlier.
