The Logo Image on my form is distorted and not showing properly.

Hi, My name is Holly Wright.

I created a form and I also cloned it. Both forms are distorting the logo image at the top of the page. It has been working fine for a few weeks but all of a sudden on both forms it is distorted. I tried re-uploading a new log and resizing it but it automatically distorts it again.

I attached the correct logo to this email. Currently, the only thing showing on the form is a gray box for the logo.
