Problems with notification email

    Primarly, I'm French, so my langage is probably dificult to anderstand...

    My problem is when a viewer of my web site ( want to post a form to me, the form arrives here but in my mail-box very late compared to JotForm... And then, it's not complete :

    Fields where user wright text is OK but not fields where user chose an option or check a box or a button...

    Here, in JotForm i'ts ok but non in my mail-box. I'ts very unfortunate for me and my customers who whith use your forms in their web site...


    Please, help me !

    The problem with the email receipt delay lies with your mail provider. As far as we are concerned, notification emails are sent almost instantaneously from our mail servers. Try contacting your mail provider regarding this issue.

    As for your second concern, it is mostly solved by deleting and then recreating your form's notification email. Doing so should update your notification email to reflect the complete list of fields in your form.

    To delete your email alert:

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed
    2.  Click Email Alerts
    3.  Click on Notification
    4.  In the Compose Email wizard, click Delete Email


    After deleting the old notification, create another notification mail:

    1.  Click Email Alerts
    2.  Click Add New Email
    3.  Choose Notification then click Next
    4.  Complete the wizard
