It seems myself and others are haveing the same issues. I think my issue and other issues being posted here are related.
Sometime between noon on Nov 24 and today 3pm Nov 25 something has changed causing the fields to no longer be alinged up. I now have overlapping required fields makeing it impossible for the customer to click them and fill them out.
Both pages. Different forms but built similary have the same issue.
Note that if I look at either form in Edit mode they look fine. But Preview mode (as well as looking at my site) shows the problem. This is not limited to one browser type.
Seems I can only attach one screenshot, here is the out of alignment shot.

We are very sorry for the inconveniences caused.
The issue has been escalated to our Development Team.
In the meantime, you might consider expanding your fields, full size fields should not be affected by alignment issue.
We will get back to you once the issue is fixed.

Yes we have been informed that the issue is resolved
-If the problems continue make sure to clear the form's cache
-if it does not work, edit the form and click on save without touching anything else

Confirmed. Our web site now shows the forms corectly again. Thankyou.
