How access/View my submissions

Dear Sir/Madam

Can you guide me in terms of how to view my submissions; must go I go back to google to access the form. I thought submissions would come to my email.

I do not know where to access the submissions. I do not have anything saved on my computer that I can go back to.

Did I need to create a password in order to view submissions? Please guide me.
