    Form not displaying correctly

    PLEASE HELP.

     

    My form was displaying perfectly for the past 2 weeks, today when I visited my website, the form is messed up…? No idea what happened.?

    Please accept our apologies for the inconveniences you are facing due to this styling issue.

    It looks like that we have accidentally applied some bad styles to the shrunken fields. The issue has been escalated to our Development Team, so we hope to get it solved in the nearest time.

    We will get back to you once it is fixed.

    We have been informed that the issue is resolved

    -If the problems continue make sure to clear the form's cache

    -if it  does not work, edit the form and click on save without touching anything else

    If the problem still continues please do let us know and we will gladly assist you

    Hi,

    The mentioned issue was resolved already.

    Please inform us if this is still not the case on your end.

    As previously mentioned already by our colleague Mike_T, it was caused by an accidental style update on the system. Our dev team had immediately restored the good working version though -- which had then resolved this issue.
