When I select the save button it continues to run and will not shut off. The only way
I can get out of program is to refresh but this casuses me to loose all of my changes.
Great program, I am happy so far with my purchase but this issue is causing too many problems.

First off, we'd like to welcome you to Jotform and thank you for upgrading your account to Premium. Now on to your issue:
It appears that this is a browser-specific problem, as I am not experiencing the same situation right now. If my hunch is correct that you are using Safari, please try emptying your browser's cache or resetting it fully.
To learn how to empty your cache or reset your Safari browser, please refer to this guide.
If doing the above solution does not work, respond to this message immediately. We will try and exhaust all means possible to solve this problem for you.
