iOS App: Unable to see submissions in Jotform App

    How can i see my submissions on the app I have 8 but it says I have none. On the website I can clearly see them? Thanks

    Please try to sync submission data to your App. You can do this from the App settings:

    In this case, please try to clear App storage and log in again.

    Please make sure you don't have any offline submissions since this will remove them.

    Hi there no I have deleted a few apps but how does this affect the submissions being downloaded onto a phone/ipad?
    Tried to sync my data again doesn’t work, please advise.

    My apologies if I wasn't clear enough. I didn't think you should remove other Apps, I was suggesting you remove Jotform's App storage. You can also remove the Jotform App and install it again.

    Hi I have deleted the app, reinstalled it and then tried to sync the data and it still doesn’t work? It shows our 8 submissions on the My Forms page but no submissions if you click into it.
    Can you log into our account and check what is going on please?

    We are able to see your submission data, however, we can not log into the App to your account.

    Just to make sure, can you please confirm that you click on a form you wish to view and then select submissions:

    Can you see the correct number of submissions from here?

    Also, can you please let us know the name of your form shown in the App?

    Yes the client form I have created is there and 8 submissions but when you click into them, they are not there, it says I have no submissions?

    It seems we may need to escalate the issue to our back-end team .

    Can you please share the mobile device you're using to install the Jotform mobile form app?

    If possible, kindly share a screenshot when you view the submission data at your end?

    Brilliant if you can that’s great – it basically says ‘YOU DON’T HAVE ANY SUBMISSIONS YET’

    Hello, the issue has been assigned already to our developers however, updates are not yet available as of the moment.

    Rest assured our developers are working on this issue.

    To better investigate the issue, can you please share a screenshot on how you view the submission in your mobile device?

    Hi there we have still not had a reply from you in relation to the submissions not being able to downloaded to your app?
    It’s really important that we are able to pick up the submissions and edit them in a client meeting on an ipad and your response is taking some time.
