CSS Styles in Custom Thank You Message not updating to last changes.

Asked by aNdybaNdy on November 25, 2013 at 10:36 PM

Hi, I've got an issue regarding the Thank You message. I'm using a black background and it seems like whenever i change the textcolor of "{myProducts}" its still black. It also lists it self as "

" items, which makes it look really bad. Is there any way i can get around this?

This is a re-post of a comment on Setting up the Thank You Page

Your comment has been posted here as thread on the forum.

I have checked your form and cloned it. I then tested this from my end using Firefox browser.

Unfortunately, duing the test I can not replicated the issue. The "Du har købt" is listing your {myProducts} as blue rather than black. I think it is working just fine. Please clear your browser's caches as you might be seeing old settings of the form.

Please let us know if this issue persists. Thank you

But is it possible to remove the "list-item-style" of the { myProducts } ?

    Hi there,

Yes that's possible. Just insert product and total tag on your payment field tag to removed the styling and to separate both data.

Example if your product field tag is {myProducts9}, the final tag would look like this.

{myProducts9:product} - This displays only the products data without the list style.

    {myProducts9:total} - Displays total only.

    Check this visual guide:

    Hope this helps. Thanks!
