Spreadsheet to Form Error: ZipArchive::getFromName(): Invalid or uninitialized Zip object

    Never had a issue with this before and the form has been working properly.. I updated the source data and now get this error. Reverted back to the original source data file and still getting this error.

    Thank you for reaching out to JotForm Support! I am unable to access the spreadsheet that has been uploaded to this widget, but can you please take a look over the attached User Guide to ensure that all of your fields are mapped out correctly here- https://www.jotform.com/help/442-how-to-use-the-spreadsheet-to-form-widget

    If everything is mapped correctly within your widget settings, can you please try fully removing this widget, and then re-adding it, as well as the spreadsheet that you are wanting to reference?

    Please let me know if you run into any additional issues after checking through these settings and re-initializing this widget if needed.
