    The embedded form code does not look same. Why?

    Asked by alokem on June 09, 2011 at 06:52 PM

    I am entering the following on page:

    <iframe src="http://form.jotform.com/form/11594946108" frameborder="0"
    style="width:100%; height:465px; border:none;" scrolling="no">
    </iframe>

    the form should look like what I see on preview, but does not. Comes up different.

    Hi,

    Your form is not embedded as an iframe. It looks like you have used the form's source codes to embed it.

    Your site should look like this test page if you have embedded the form correctly.

    Let me know if you need further assistance regarding this matter. Thank you for using Jotform.

    Hi Neil:
    Thanks for the prompt response.
    So after I created the from, I did the following:

    Save
    Selected Edit for pHD Contact (name of form)
    Slected "embed form" from menu at top
    Selected iFrame
    Tested with "Preview" ... Looks good
    Copied code
    Pasted code into Body of my HTML page

    The pages are set-up with menus and CSS in the back. I should not hav eto change this. I have been successfully used another Jot Form (Contact) on another site ... no issues there.

    What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Aloke,

    To get your form's iframe embed codes

    1.  Go to Setup & Embed tab
    2.  Click Embed Form
    3.  Click iFrame

    4.  Copy the codes provided in the succeeding screen

    Paste those codes onto your site. Like I said, if you have embedded iframe codes correctly, your form should look like this page.
