Background Image Gone

The background image to my form is not showing up. It is there when I am building and when I preview it is not there. I have multiple forms using the same custom theme and the background image is not working on any of the form using the "birthday theme"

We had a temporary issue, which our developers resolved. The images are loading properly now. Please check again, and let us know if there is any issue.
