Downloading answered forms in pdf / Descargar formularios en PDF

Saludos,

Desde un momento en la mañana, la plataforma Jotform ya no me permite descargar los formularios contestados en pdf y cuando me envía las respuestas al correo elctrónico, no me adjunta el pdf como hacía antes. Nuestros formularios están vinculados a documentos previos en pdf de modo que al momento de imprimirlos y ponerlos en el expediente, se vean bien. No hemos cambiado nada en la configuración, sin embargo nos sucede esto. Agradezco su ayuda.

Greetings, 

Since a moment in the morning, the Jotform platform no longer allows me to download the answered forms in pdf and when it sends me the answers to the email, it does not attach the pdf as it did before. Our forms are linked to previous pdf documents so that when we print them and put them in the file, they look good. We have not changed anything in the configuration, yet this is happening to us. I appreciate your help.

We got an update from our developers that the issue has already been fixed. Kindly check on your end if the PDF copy of the submission is now being attached to the email alert sent when your form is submitted. Please try downloading your submissions as PDF again as well. Otherwise, please do not hesitate to contact us again anytime and we will be glad to help you.
