Having problems Payments not showing in Square

We are using free version of JotForm to see if it will be something we can use for the association. We created a membership form that allows members to make payment using Square. However when members sign-up & entered their CC info payment in the form, it does not show as received in our Square account. We entered info to connect Square to the form. Now we don’t know where there funds are going. Please help. Thanks
