Hi!
I've recently purchased Jotform in order to create an engaging form and publish it on my WordPress website. Here's the link: https://sarasotamoldpros.com/
I use Elementor to build pages. I've added my Jotform as an iFrame because I want the form to be on the top of the home page, next to the business' phone number. On a desktop, after adjusting the margin a little bit, it looks and works perfectly.
When I go to the mobile editor in Elementor, the form seems to adjust to the size of a mobile screen by itself.
However, when I go to a real mobile, the form goes off-screen and it's completely unusable. I can't view the Next, Previous, and Submit buttons.
I've tried fixing it in a few ways but none of them worked (editing the CSS and adjusting margin and padding).
Below, I've attached the screenshots of how the form looks in the mobile editor (first image) vs how it really looks on mobile (second image).

What can I do about this?
Thank you,
Bogdan

Thank you for contacting us. I checked your site, but I could not find the Card form anywhere:
Our forms are mobile responsive by default. You could check the form in a mobile device using its direct link. The Card form must be adapting to the dimension of the HTML element of your site where it is embedded.

Hi!
It works now.
However, is there a way I can edit the mobile version?
The next button is not right below the form field.
If it's possible, how can I do that?
Thank you.

Greetings,
Thank you for the updated information, I am glad that it works on your end.
I checked your site source, but I could not find the JotForm anywhere:
Regarding "However, is there a way I can edit the mobile version?"
I guess you are referring to the Card Layout, and not the JotForm Mobile Forms app.
Please note that there are some features that were intentionally removed/moved in Card Forms. These were done on purpose to match the overall look and feel of the new layout. And one of them is Custom CSS.

With Card Layout - Form Designer you can customize the Form Color, Image, Video and Layout.
