My form is not working on my google site. I have embedded it multiple times, tried it in multiple browsers, as well as ensured that all browsers are up to date.
Also, I notice that it says I have 11/10 SSL submissions-- what does this mean? Can this be affecting the form? I would like to clear that out if possible-- I didn't realize that I had SSL set in any way.
Please let me know if you need any information (website name, form name) in order to proceed. Thanks!!

Yes, the problem is that the form has exceeded the quota for SSL submissions
Free accounts can get up to 10 SSL submissions. For now, I've reset the counter back to 10.
Let me explain you that Google Sites forces our form to use HTTPS even when you've embedded your form as HTTP since they run on HTTPS. The solution is to put your non-SSL (HTTP) form to the Google Sites using 3rd party Embed Gadget. Here's how:
1. Go to your site.
2. Switch to Edit mode.
3. Open "Insert Menu" Select "More gadgets" at the bottom.
4. Select "Embed Gadget".
5. Put your form iFrame embed code, adjust gadget width and height, then press OK.
