Forms not submitting

Hello,

We had a number of complaints today with our form system. Patients fill out the form and are getting an error. We are getting really frustrated with Jotform as we have had a number of problems. Please get back to us as soon as possible.

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We experienced a heavy load on our database resulting in a 504 error message when the form is submitted. The issue has been fixed by our developers.

Kindly test the form again and let us know if the issue persists on your end.

OK, we have been having a number of issues. I really like JotForm but a lot of our staff is feeling frustrated with it. I would like to stick with it but not if the problems persist.
