I am looking to make an Asset and user onboarding form

Do you know if you have any suggestions for creating an onboarding form where you can submit multiple users and their credentials and then work in the next section which i would like it to be assets. in the asset area if I mention a laptop then i want to able to add important information about that laptop. If i dont click or check mark it will stay hidden make sense?

Please note I am not looking for login credentials. Haha we are looking to generate a form that allows me to have a user list and an asset list so while onboarding I can assign the user (first and last name) to their computer more of an asset tracker might you say.. I think you were so caught up in the word "credentials" that you missed my question. Is there a number I can call to ask a questions?

If you wish to hide a number of fields depending on the previous answer, you can use Show/Hide field condition:

This way, you can check the answer to a question, and display or hide other fields.
