    Hi,

It seems that the reason why you are getting this "german" messages is because you are using a form template which comes with that email notification setup. In this case the best way to proceed is by creating a new email notification and a new form autoresponder in order to match the  information submitted  with the form field names in the email notifications.

    1.  Delete your current email notification and the  autoresponder too, following this guide

    2. Create a new email notification and a new autoresponder by following this guide

User IP address and edit link are not shown as a default, so if you still need this information inside your email notifications, please manually add this data by editing the email notifications layout.

In order to edit your notifications layout please follow the next steps:

    From your form builder:

    1. Click on "Setup & Embed"

    2. Click on "Email Alerts" icon and select your Notification/Autoresponder from the list.

    3. Add 2 new rows to the email body.

    4 & 5. Add {ip} and {edit_link} placeholders to the notification body.

    Hope this helps.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks
