From what I understand, I can only put one email address to receive a form and if I have 4 forms, it always have to be the same email address.
The only workaround would be to create 4 JotForm accounts.

No that's not correct. First, it is possible to change email recipient on each of the form. Here's a guide: Finding out E-mail Address used for submission notifications. Second, it is extremely possible to send submissions to multiple email recipients. Send Form Emails to Multiple Recipients. In other words, you don't have to create multiple accounts. That would be pretty inconvenient. :)
