Our jot form is processing as a secure SSL submission even though I don't want it to.

Can you help us with this?

I've reembbeded the form several times and tried to work through issues other people had.

My form is embedded on a Google site which is secure but I don't need the form itself to be secure.

Here is where are form is

    Thanks for contacting us.

I have checked your forms and found that your forms are set to Secure:

As you can see int he image your form appears as secure.

"Google Sites recently changed the way they accept non-Google Site source files" according to my colleague Welvin at this thread, he says that "Google Sites would only allow secure content, therefore, your form must be embedded using the secure URL. If you will place the non-SSL form embed codes on Google Sites, your customer/users/site visitors might not be able to see the form on your website. It would caused a security error.

However, in think in your case it keep switching your form to Secure mode automatically when you embed it to your google site. So that's why you keep receiving SSL submissions.

So, your form will keep switching back to secure always even if you set it to be unsecure. You may consider upgrade so that you can increase your submisions limit.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you still  need further assistance with this or kindly open a new thread to post unrelated inquiries.
