Hello,
If you are trying to view the uploaded files in your forms via your Email, you have to log in to your JotForm account. Alternatively, you can uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" option to view the uploaded files via your Email.
Here is a step by step guide for you to follow,
1) Go to the My Account Settings and find the Privacy Section.
2) Uncheck the "Require log-in to view uploaded files" option.
