Currently we have a full-fledged system where we have a fact find journey from which we will be collecting data from the customers, where we are using multiple external API calls to populate details required for the fact find form. In our current implementation, we have majority of the form fields being displayed to user on different conditions and few of the form fileds are having custom validations too. Data for most of these conditions are provided through our backend API. We have a small complexity where we have to populate forms, within the fact find journey based on certain value provided by the user. we also need to integrate the builder into our web portal and provide the users (enterprise) the ability to customize the forms. these customized forms will only be displayed for the others users from our web application linked to the particular enterprise. we would want to know whether we can do all these with the enterprise package

    Hi there,

In our current implementation, we have majority of the form fields being displayed to user on different conditions and few of the form fileds are having custom validations too.

With JotForm, you can also create conditional logics on your forms.

For more information, please check this page https://www.jotform.com/help/57-smart-forms-conditional-logic-for-online-forms

We have a small complexity where we have to populate forms, within the fact find journey based on certain value provided by the user.

We have a few ways on how you can prepopulate form fields in JotForm.

    1. Prepopulate fields through a URL parameter

    Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/71-prepopulating-fields-to-your-jotform-via-url-parameters

    2. Using Spreadsheet to form widget.

    Guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/442-how-to-use-the-spreadsheet-to-form-widget

We also need to integrate the builder into our web portal and provide the users (enterprise) the ability to customize the forms.

Could you please provide us more details about this query? We actually have a feature called "JotForm Anywhere", wherein you can embed your form builder into your app/website.

    Please check this page https://www.jotform.com/anywhere/

With regards to Enterprise, you may check the pricing on this link https://www.jotform.com/enterprise/pricing/

    Thanks,

So we are giving our users (enterprises) the option to customize the relevant forms so we will need multiple builder instances. We need to know whether this would result in any additional cost. Along with that we would like to know what the number of users mean in the pricing added for the enterprise version. does it mean the number of entries we can get through the form?

Through jot forms can we connect to external APIs and web hooks and include language translations for the forms specially for Mandarine.
