I do not see "Cancel and Return to Merchant" or anything like that when I try to checkout. I am using PayPal. How do I enable this setting? Thank you.

    Hi,

If you are referring to this form https://www.jotform.com/33292104897156 , may I know if the issue you mentioned is on the Paypal screen? Have you completed the payment transaction?

It would help if you can provide us the screenshot of the screen you have when you are in the Paypal screen already(meaning you have completed a payment transaction)

Use this guide to include screenshot in your response

Another thing I noticed about this form https://www.jotform.com/33292104897156 is that, the payment field is not set as a *Required field.
Meaning, the form can be submitted without checking any classes option, and this will result in to the form's default Thank You page

We will await your updated response.

    Thanks.

Yes, Is there a way to see a "Cancel Payment and Return to Merchant" if someone goes to checkout and then changes their mind?

It is before payment is made.

    Hi,

The user can just opt to not to continue the payment transaction. Discontinuing the payment transaction in the paypal screen is already cancelling payment. Pressing the browser's back button will change the web page back to the form.

The "Cancel Payment and Return to Merchant" screen is already on the paypal end. It will be reached if the user chooses to proceed with the payment transaction in paypal screen. And a confirmation screen will be provided to finalize payment. JotForm will not be able to control the screen/page that paypal have.

In your form's submissions page, you will be able to see those incomplete payments in the Incomplete payment inbox in submission page.

    Thanks.
