Hello,
I am working on this form:
https://form.jotform.com/203224206219040
have put the following into the CONTRACTOR EMAIL "Reply-to Email" (see below):
{regionalManager}
In testing the form:
- It's not coming up right for the Reply To Email.
- After going back into the email settings, it changed the information to show the name of that field:
Why is it not working?
Thanks,
Alissa

Looks like others have had the same issue:

Please have a developer take a look at this. I think my form has the same glitch.
Thanks,
Alissa

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. The issue on the other ticket you have linked is that the email address set as the Reply-To Email in the email autoresponder settings is not the same email address the reply to the email autoresponder will be sent to.
In your case, it seems that you are trying to set a field on your form as the Reply-To Email of the email autoresponder by using that field's Unique Name, which is a feature that is not available. The Reply-To Email of the email autoresponder can only be set to an email address.
If you are looking to set a field on your form as the Reply-To Email, I would suggest that you set up an email notification instead. And then, just that email notification to be sent conditionally so you can set its recipient to an Email field on your form.
Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.
