    "Auto fill" not saving all text fields

    Hello,

    I have been receiving emails from frustrated customers who said they are trying to enter addresses into my formand when they return to the form at a later time, the newly added addresses aren't there.

    As you can see (located on http://www.itechli.com/customaddresslabels.htm), my form is rather long, but I did my best to break the sections up to take advantage of the page break feature. From what I understand, when I set up auto fill in the form's preferences, it's supposed to save the recorded data every 30 seconds. For some reason, for one of my clients in particular, it only saved up to 44 addresses -- they lost the rest of the addresses!

    If there is anything I can do to fix this saving issue, I'd greatly appreciate it.

    Matt, I just tested this on your form and filled in a little bit of it. I then closed it out after about the second page and I was able to return to this to find my saved work. I think there are likely two problems with your users are running into.

    One, They are probably returning to it after clearing their browser cache. This would cause the data to become lost since the Data which is " Saved to be Continued " is saved in the browser as a cookie so it relies on this cookie to return to the point they left off.

    Two, Is another issue if the " Time to Live " is not set high enough. This is a predated safety precaution to force the data to disappate in the event that a user does not return to the Form to Continue it. I could see that your's is set to 1 Week so perhaps they were returning to it after that timeframe.
