I have a policies/terms statement that I'd like to show on the final form w/signature

Asked by KellyWeaver on November 26, 2013 at 09:51 PM

Like itunes and many others... I have a set of TERMS I'd like shown on my form when the parent signs my form. I need the TERMS as well as their signature to show....how can I do this without copying and pasting all of my terms into a signature field which looks very messy.

    parent shown iTunes

    Hi,

Please use any of this 2 guides to create the Terms/Agreement text on your form.

    Adding-a-License-Agreement-to-a-Form

Hope this help. Inform us if you need further assistance on this.

Okay, I did the first link instructions. But how do I get the terms to show on the notification email? It looks like I can only choose form fields and this is a text field. I need to make sure the terms SHOW on the notification email with the signature.

    Hi,

In that case you should manually add the Terms/Agreements text to your form layout, please follow the next steps:

    From your form builder:

    1. Click on "Setup & Embed" tab.

    2. Click on "Email Alerts"  and select your email notification.

    3. Add a new row to your email notification layout, you can add it at the bottom or between other form fields data.

    4. Copy the Terms/Agreement text.

    Hope this helps.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks

    I'm definitely getting closer, thanks.

I did what you mentioned, yet when I get the notification/auto responder emails, my terms get cut off and I don't see ALL of the text. When I view (and print the emails), I have to scroll through it to see all of what was said.

I really need the entire terms to show on these autoresponder emails (with cliient signature), so both me and my client has a FULL COPY of what was said.

How can I get my terms to show in their entirety on these autoresponder emails so I can have a complete print out?

    Hi,

Please copy just the text wothout the div html tags -----> <div style="overflow-y: scroll; height: 400px;"><span style="font-size: medium;">.

The "overflow-y: scroll; height: 400px;" is causing the scroll issue which is ok at your form live version  but not inside your email notification.

Here you have a plain text version of your policies text: http://pastebin.com/LRaetWDb

Then if you need it, you can edit the format directly from the email notification layout editor.

    Hope this helps.

Please let us know if you need further assistance.

    Thanks
