I signed up for a free subscription with my main email address long ago. I only created one form. Now I need to use that adress for a different account (different username). How can I cancel a FREE account?

From your explanation I think you mean deleting he account so that you can use the email ID on a different account, if this is the case please note that the form in the account will be lost.
This can only be done by some one in the support Team, please give us a go ahead so that someone in the support team can assist you delete the SMiLeProductions account.
