Are the data submitted in the Jotform to be exclusively loaded and saved only in your server? Or can I decide to direct it to a webhost where my program files are currently hosted?

Also, I want my Jotform submissions data to be migrated in MySQL, then do I need to subscribe SEPARATELY to Zapier to have my Jotform data migrated to MySQL? If Yes, then must I subscribe EACH to Jotform and Zapier for my desired output?

    Hello there,

    Thank you for contacting support.

Are the data submitted in the Jotform to be exclusively loaded and saved only in your server? Or can I decide to direct it to a webhost where my program files are currently hosted?

You can send your submission data via post method. You may also setup a webhook to send data. See guides below to know how.

    Guides:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/213-send-submission-data-via-post-method-and-thank-you-settings

    https://www.jotform.com/help/245-how-to-setup-a-webhook-with-jotform

Also, I want my Jotform submissions data to be migrated in MySQL, then do I need to subscribe SEPARATELY to Zapier to have my Jotform data migrated to MySQL? If Yes, then must I subscribe EACH to Jotform and Zapier for my desired output?

You can export/download your submissions in CSV format then upload/dump it to your MySQL database. This guide will show you how to download your submissions to CSV: https://www.jotform.com/help/103-How-to-Create-a-CSV-Report

You can also make use of the Jotform to MySQL app which you can basically download the MySQL dump file. Please check out this link for more information: https://apps.jotform.com/app/mysql_export

Another note, if what you wish is that it automatically submits to your MySQL DB for every submission you receive, please check out these guides:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/126-How-to-send-Submissions-to-Your-MySQL-Database-Using-PHP

    I hope this helps.

If, in any case, I have misunderstood your concern, please do not hesitate to let us know and give us more details about your requirements.
