Why .pdf file not attaching to autoresponder email?

I have created a form and followed the instructions to attach the form to the autoresponder email. The .pdf is not showing up on the email.

I checked the form you mentioned and the PDF attachment is not enabled, can you please enable that option then send a test submission to your form to see if the issue persists?

I can see that the email is set up with SMTP. Can you please choose noreply@jotform.com as the sender and do a test again?

Please do the test by submitting the form normally, not just with the test email button. Guide
