Hello, I am using the free version of JotForms, but I am thinking about upgrading to Bronze or Silver if it meets my needs. I need something primarily to create surveys. I published a practice survey and shared it with one of my e-mail aliases. However, Jotform is asking me to sign up before I can see the survey. I am looking for a way that the people I share a form/survey with can complete the survey without having to sign up. If they are required to do that, it will significantly lower participation rates. Is it possible for the recipients of my invitation to complete a form without signing up, or is that the only option? Thank you.

    Hello Frank,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

I understand you are sending invitation emails to the users to fill the form and it requires them to first sign up to JotForm. You are using our assign form feature. You can do a lot more with it like viewing the status of the submission or sending reminders. You can more about it here: https://www.jotform.com/help/660-keeping-track-of-your-assignee-submissions.

If you don't want the users to sign up, I would suggest to set the form as Public and share the link of the form directly with the users.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you need further assistance.
