    Hi! I just launched my forms but I have received 2 notifications that they can't submit their appointment. PLEASE HELP!

    Hello! You have 3 identical forms in your form. Out of these, I checked this one: https://www.jotform.com/210495139137153

    As far as I can check, you've set the 'Start Date' and 'End Date' to 2021-03-17 and 'Maximum Appointments Per Day' is also set to 1.

    This means that only one appointment can be booked per day. This could be causing the problem. If you want more appointment to be booked on 2021-03-17; then you'll need to keep the 'Maximum Appointments Per Day' blank or set a higher number.
