Submissions not showing - email wrong for payment

    My email address for PayPal autocorrected itself to .con instead of .com - I had a handful of customers say that they filled out the form and paid but I cannot see any submissions to contact them and let them know to cancel their initial payment since it is not going to be going to the correct place. The email is correct now and working but I still cannot see any previous submissions

    Thanks for reaching out to us!

    Checking the inbox of your form https://www.jotform.com/inbox/210695820092051/, I've found that all submission are shown to have been paid.

    The issue of entering a misspelled email address for your PayPal account in the payment integration, or even the change of your PayPal account registered email address, doesn't not have any thing to do with Jotform, as we just connect you with PayPal.

    I recommend falling back to PayPal support for further inquiries.

    Ok - PayPal aside, the submissions on Jotform are NOT showing for me. So I am not even able to see WHO submitted a form/payment. I have had multiple people reach out and say they submitted a form and paid yet I CANNOT see their submissions.
